Blueye has roots in the Centre for Autonomous Marine Operations and Systems at NTNU in Trondheim. The business idea is to enable people in any industry to see below the surface with their own eyes by developing easy to use, high quality and cost-efficient underwater vehicles. Our first product, the Blueye Pioneer underwater drone, was launched early 2019 and has already been sold and shipped to customers in over 40 countries.
